the story of
NEW WAVE
Becoming a therapist wasn’t just a career path—it was a calling born out of my own belief in the power of connection and healing. I’ve always been drawn to stories, to understanding what shapes us and what helps us heal. I created New Wave Counseling because I wanted to offer something more than just therapy—I wanted to offer a place that feels like a soft landing. A place where people are truly seen, deeply heard, and gently challenged in a way that fosters lasting change.

I BRING NOT ONLY MY TRAINING & EXPERIENCE,
but also my heart.
I MEET CLIENTS WITH EMPATHY & CURIOSITY–
no fluff, just real conversations
IN A SPACE WHERE YOUR VOICE MATTERS.
