INDIVIDUAL therapy
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply need someone to talk to, individual therapy can offer a safe and supportive space to work through life’s challenges. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, or just need a non-judgmental ear, individual therapy provides focused, personalized care tailored to your unique needs. With Jennifer’s guidance, you'll gain insight, coping tools, and the support you need to move forward at your own pace. If you're ready for a therapy experience centered entirely around you, we're here to help you take that first step.

COUPLES counseling
If you and your partner feel stuck, disconnected, or are struggling to communicate, couples therapy can help you rebuild trust, strengthen emotional connection, and navigate challenges together. Whether you're facing issues like infidelity, parenting stress, addiction, or simply feeling distant, therapy offers a safe space to be heard and understood. Jennifer works with couples to break unhealthy patterns, foster deeper intimacy, and create a stronger foundation for your relationship. Wherever you are in your journey—newly committed or decades in—support is here.
FAMILY counseling
Family dynamics can be complex, and when communication breaks down or conflict becomes overwhelming, it’s easy to feel disconnected. Family counseling provides a space where each member can be heard, understood, and supported. Whether you're navigating parenting challenges, blended family adjustments, co-parenting after separation, or struggling with behavioral or emotional issues, therapy can help strengthen your family’s connection and resolve conflict in healthier ways. Jennifer works with families to build trust, improve communication, and foster lasting change—so your home can feel more united and supportive.

ADDICTION support
Addiction can quietly take hold, impacting not only the individual but also the lives of those who care about them. Whether you’re struggling with substance use or supporting someone who is, you don’t have to face it alone. Jennifer offers a non-judgmental, supportive space to explore the roots of addiction, understand the patterns, and begin the journey toward lasting recovery. Therapy focuses on rebuilding healthy habits, managing triggers, and restoring balance to your life. Support is also available for family and friends navigating the challenges of loving someone with addiction—because healing extends beyond the individual.
TRAUMA/emdr therapy
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy is a powerful, research-backed approach for treating trauma and distressing life experiences. Using gentle bilateral stimulation—often through guided eye movements—EMDR helps the brain reprocess stuck or painful memories, reducing emotional intensity and fostering healing. Originally developed for PTSD, EMDR has also been shown to be effective for anxiety, grief, phobias, chronic stress, and more. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by past experiences or trapped in negative patterns, EMDR may offer the relief and resolution you’ve been searching for.

MILITARY/first responders
Military personnel and first responders often carry invisible burdens from the high-stress, high-stakes environments in which they serve. Whether you’re coping with trauma, burnout, anxiety, or the emotional impact of your work, therapy offers a confidential space to process your experiences and find balance. Jennifer has extensive experience working with Veterans, active-duty service members, and first responders, and understands the unique challenges you face both on the job and at home. You’ve spent your life protecting others—now it’s time to take care of yourself.
